We ship worldwide from our studio in Lahore, with tracking on every order. Here is exactly what to expect.
Dispatch times
How quickly an order leaves the studio depends on what you have ordered:
- In-stock ready to wear — dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Made-to-order pret and formals — stitched and dispatched in 10–15 working days.
- Custom bridal and couture — 6–10 weeks depending on the embroidery, agreed with you in writing before work begins.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.
Delivery times and destinations
Transit times below are working days from dispatch, not from the day you order. Remote areas can add one to two days.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and the destination, so you see the exact cost before you pay. There are no charges added after an order is placed.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside Pakistan may attract customs duty, VAT, GST or sales tax in the destination country. These charges are set by your own government, are not collected by Veera Studio, and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost unless the checkout explicitly says so.
The courier will usually contact you to collect any duty before final delivery. As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for these charges. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because duty was not paid, we can refund the goods but not the outbound shipping.
A note for UK customers
Orders under £135 typically have VAT collected at the point of sale or by the courier; above that threshold, duty may also apply. Rates depend on the garment and the declared value.
A note for US customers
Most personal apparel shipments below the de minimis threshold clear without duty, but this is set by US Customs and can change. Your courier will advise if anything is due.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout, including the apartment or unit number. Once a parcel has been collected by the courier we cannot change the destination. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete address can be reshipped, with shipping charged again.
Lost or delayed parcels
Tracking is provided on every order. If your parcel has not moved for five working days, contact us with your order number through the contact page and we will open a trace with the courier. We do not treat an order as lost until the courier confirms it, which can take up to 21 days on international routes.
